Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product.
